Rosie was still sick today and sadly, so am I. After coming home early from work, we both spent the day feeling icky and the paracetomol just isn't cutting it. An early night is in order for me. On a positive note, Rosie seems to have perked up considerably in the last few hours so hopefully the bug is on it's way out the door!

If you add Ibuprohen to your regime it will be better :)
